Privacy notice
How we handle the information you give us.
What this site does with information submitted through the form, and, governed separately and more strictly, how engineering material is handled if an engagement goes ahead.

Optional guide updates
The separate guide-update form records your email address and your request to receive ZOYA guides. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you.
Netlify stores the request for Zoya LLC, which uses it to send the guides you requested. You can stop updates or request deletion by replying or emailing info@zoyasolutions.com.
Your subscription record is kept while you want these updates. The sample assessment and guides remain available without subscribing.
What this covers
This notice explains what ZOYA Solutions does with information you provide through this website, and, separately and more importantly, how engineering material is handled if you go on to an engagement. The two are governed differently.
Information submitted through the form
The assessment request form collects your name, work email, organization, the situation and context you provide, and first-party attribution fields: the landing path plus any campaign parameters present in the page address.
The attribution fields are kept only for the current browser tab until they are submitted with the form. ZOYA does not collect the referring page, create a cross-site identifier, or load a third-party analytics script for this purpose.
This is used for one purpose: to reply to your inquiry and, if there is a fit, to scope an engagement. It stays out of marketing lists, automated profiling, sale, rental, and third-party marketing.
The website and inquiry form are hosted by Netlify. Netlify processes and stores form submissions on behalf of Zoya LLC so they can be reviewed and answered.
Netlify is a service provider for this purpose, not a marketing recipient.
See Netlify's privacy statement.
You will not receive a newsletter, a drip sequence, or follow-up marketing as a result of contacting ZOYA. If you ask for the methodology brief, you receive the methodology brief.
Legal basis and retention
Where GDPR or comparable regimes apply, processing rests on legitimate interest in responding to a business inquiry you initiated, and on steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract.
Inquiry records are kept for 24 months from last contact, then deleted. If an engagement proceeds, contractual records are retained as required for tax, professional liability and audit obligations.
Engineering material shared during an engagement
This is the part that matters most to the people who use this site, so it is stated separately and precisely.
- Nothing is transferred before terms are agreed in writing. Scope, transfer method, retention period and destruction date are settled before any material moves.
- Handling constraints are confirmed at scoping, in writing. If material carries export control, security classification, customer-proprietary or other restrictions, that is established before the engagement begins and shapes how it is run.
- Client material is never reused. It stays out of cross-client benchmarking, general model training, and other engagements without explicit, separate, written agreement. Any project-specific fine-tuning or model adaptation also requires explicit written authorization and agreed data-handling terms.
- Where transfer is impractical, an engagement can be scoped so material never leaves your environment.
- Destruction is confirmed in writing at the agreed date.
Website analytics and cookies
We use our existing Netlify hosting to count page views, accepted review requests, chart interactions, and scrolling past 75% of a page. We also count 60 seconds of visible time on pages with interactive charts, with a separate count for the sample assessment.
Our analytics records contain daily counts by public page and allowlisted campaign labels, not names, email addresses, inquiry contents, chart input values, referring pages, or visitor identifiers. We do not store IP addresses or browser details in these records; Netlify processes request information to host and secure the service.
Attribution and short-lived counting flags stay in this browser tab; they expire when the tab session ends. Analytics is disabled when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track.
Daily analytics records are deleted after 90 days. See Netlify’s privacy statement for its processing details.
Optional Google Ads measurement
Only if you allow ad measurement, Google Ads receives public page URLs, ad click identifiers and accepted review-request events. Google may set advertising cookies and process your IP address and device information. We do not send contact details or form contents to Google Ads. Enhanced conversions and personalized advertising are disabled.
You can decline without affecting your review request, or withdraw through Ad privacy settings on any public page. Your choice expires after 90 days. Click attribution and a ten-minute acceptance receipt stay in this browser tab until the session ends. Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track prevents ad measurement. Withdrawing stops future measurement and clears site-owned advertising cookies; Google controls its third-party cookies and any data it has already received.
This site sets no advertising cookies and no cross-site trackers. Netlify may process technical request information, such as an IP address, as part of hosting and securing the site.
Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when your browser requests a font file.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have submitted, and may object to processing. Write to info@zoyasolutions.com and it will be actioned within 30 days.
