What this covers

This notice explains what ZOYA Solutions does with information you provide through this website, and — separately and more importantly — how engineering material is handled if you go on to an engagement. The two are governed differently.

Information submitted through the form

The assessment request form collects your name, work email, organization, and whatever you write in the free-text field.

This is used for one purpose: to reply to your enquiry and, if there is a fit, to scope an engagement. It is not added to a marketing list, not used for automated profiling, and not sold, rented or shared with third parties.

Legal basis and retention

Where GDPR or comparable regimes apply, processing rests on legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated, and on steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract.

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months from last contact, then deleted. If an engagement proceeds, contractual records are retained as required for tax, professional liability and audit obligations.

Engineering material shared during an engagement

This is the part that matters most to the people who use this site, so it is stated separately and precisely.

• Nothing is transferred before terms are agreed in writing. Scope, transfer method, retention period and destruction date are settled before any material moves.
• Handling constraints are confirmed at scoping, not assumed. If material carries export control, security classification, customer-proprietary or other restrictions, that is established before the engagement begins and shapes how it is run.
• Client material is never reused. It is not retained for benchmarking, not used to train or tune any model, and not referenced in other engagements — without explicit, separate, written agreement.
• Where transfer is impractical, an engagement can be scoped so material never leaves your environment.
• Destruction is confirmed in writing at the agreed date.

Website analytics and cookies

This site sets no advertising cookies and no cross-site trackers. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address as a normal consequence of your browser requesting a font file. If privacy-respecting analytics are added later, this notice will be updated before they are enabled.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have submitted, and may object to processing. Write to info@zoyasolutions.com and it will be actioned within 30 days.
